Baillieu retirement 'could drive wind changes'

The Victorian Government last month moved to trim some red tape around wind projects, allowing wind energy companies to make minor modifications to boost wind farm efficiency, such as increased turbine capacity or blade length, without having to obtain additional planning permits. "It's time for the government to show political leadership and dump Baillieu's anti-wind laws.
