Hollande holds 'grave concerns' on Russia's Ukraine aid

French President Francois Hollande told Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday that he has "grave concern" about a unilateral Russian humanitarian mission on Ukrainian territory, the French president's office said in a statement following a phone call between the two leaders.

Mr Hollande echoed that demand. "The French President insisted that a humanitarian mission can only take place on Ukrainian soil with the accord of Ukrainian national authorities," Mr Hollande's office said in the statement.
